INTRODUCES
IMPORTED MUSTARD SEED OIL

Mustard seed oil has been used for centuries in the near and far - east for cooking, baking and even external treatments. We are now importing from Australia cold pressed, all natural mustard seed oil in both food service and retail sized units.

Mustard seed oil is extremely low in saturated fat yet high in monounsaturated fats, as well as Omega 3 and Omega 6. Unlike "conventional" oils, Mustard seed oil has a "flashpoint" of 400 F and expands when heated. Less oil in needed in any cooking process. Stir fry, open grilling or as a "baste" for broiled foods.

MUSTARD SEED OIL IS AVAILABLE IN BOTH LIGHT AND SPICY FORMS

Light mustard seed oil - Smooth creamy texture, buttery characteristics, and a nutty finish. Perfect for cooking, salad dressings, and as a replacement for butter, margarine, or shortening in baked goods.

Spicy Mustard seed oil - Pure mustard seed oil with all of the flavor of mustard left in. Pleasant heat level that will appeal to most pallets. Adds zest to fried foods, marinades, and bread dippers. Add to mayonnaise, or vinegar for a terrific salad dressing, dip, or finishing sauce.
